they dont change the past ratings.
some 2 and 3 stars end up in the NFL.
consider this: there are maybe 30 five star guys
there are THOUSANDS of two star and hundreds of three star guys.
There are 60 or 70 4 star guys.
some two star guys make it. its a tiny percentage though.
They have the work ethic to keep learning their position.
Or they get stronger.
whatever.
Whatever.

going to need more then 1 guy out of thousands to prove rivals intentionally changed rankings to make themselves look better
