Do grad transfers and HS recruits have same rules when it comes to contacting a player?Posted by Smell the crawfish

4It would seem that as soon as a grad transfer announces he's leaving, he could be contacted by any school immediately. What is the rule in regards to contacting grad transfers? Are they just like any other recruit and only have so many visits, weekly contacts, etc...?
