I have watched this guy play for years..even played against him..complete stud..just on a crappy team (Huntingtion of Shreveport)..if at a school like Evangel of Calvary..would be a four star..maybe five star

Fobbs looks legit on film. There's no way there are 19 better prospects in Louisiana next year. He looks like at least a 4 star upon first glance.
