Just based on reading everything and listening to people in the industry I turst to give the straight up, no frills analysis.
Nkemdiche-about 10% NCAA could be our benefactor in this one but I doubt it. Bet on Ole Miss and hope to lose is the best case imo
Foster-30% I think UGA lands him but I like our shot if he revisits. If he visits in January I raise the percentage to above 50.
Both are no brainers as far as taking is concerned.
Nkemdiche would play and play a ton immediately. He could swing both inside and outside and be good at both. I see DT long term and think he could be 3rd(maybe even start) for us at DT next year along with providing depth at DE.
Foster would start day 1 at LSU. We have no better option than him on the roster. He's so natural as a MLB and would prove to be the best option right away. I like Melvin Jones long term but with his versatility because of size, Foster shouldn't effect him much at all.

It looks like RN is visiting on the 18th.

Ok thanks for the feedback but IMO there is no way RN moves to DT. He is the prototypical Clowney like D-end

Miles should just hire Trooper Taylor and then Foster is a lock and we could probably swing some more AU guys! As far as RKN, the only reason Ole Miss has a shot is because of his brother, otherwise he'd be a Tiger. I think he is perhaps starting to realize especially at the all star game that no one wants to go play there despite his recruiting, may flip and realize he needs to go to LSU.

He's not Clowney. Clowney is much more Mingo with that burst off the edge than Nkemdiche. Nkemdiche is Julius Peppers like. Explosive off the edge but strength mixed in as well. I have no doubts that Nkemdiche could stick at DE and play it at a 1st round level but at 285 currently and still with room to grow, his maximum value is at DT. Imagine his quickness and burst on the inside mixed with his bulk and strength? We're talking dominant #1 pick DT. He can be Mario Williams/Julius Peppers or he can be Suh type DT. Just depends on the preference. At LSU he would likely swing in and out. Best case, get him on campus and then let it work itself out.
