Its hard for a WR to get a lot of touches in an all-star game, you normally get a lot or a little. In no way does that game reflect his ability

I know this because I read and watch everything that comes throught the recruiting services. Every person that saw Avery this year(I'm talking Jan '11-Jan '12) has said that he has not been good and that he was coasting and not putting forth great effort. Not just 1 guy said this, every guy that saw him has said it. Every one. This goes back to the Nike/Under Armour combines, the 7 on 7 circuit, our camp, his hs season and this week at the UA practices and game. To a man the analysts have said that he hasn't progressed at all this year. That has absolutely nothing to do with his hs qb. In all the other settings he had Div 1 caliber qb prospects throwing to him. Practice is all effort and everything he has participated in besides his games have been practice. I said his talent has never been questioned and it hasn't. All these same analysts have said he has tremendous talent but just hasn't improved from a skill standpoint. They all say he has great hands but doesn't work to separate from dbs and give effort. I would never say this type of thing about a kid if there wasn't truth to it. Most of the articles and chats these things were posted in are readily available on the internet. If you doubt what I'm saying go look things up. There is a reason he has fallen in every set of rankings out including ESPN which loves him and FL kids in general.
