Idk about that large of a jump at once but I think he'll be ranked in the near future. It's not unheard of for prospects to jump hundreds of spots when they are discovered by the sites.

bates skill ratings are quite impressive. he has a higher total skills rating (62) than all the LSU 2014 signees except valentine. ratings greater than godchaux, tehema, trey, clark. interesting.
