I agree. He needs LOT's of work with his mechanics IMHO. He does however stay in the pocket OR pull up and make a throw (which I like)instead of running even though he does have good scrambling ability. He also seems to underthrow a few "long" passes even though he appears to have a strong arm. He probably needs some coaching, BUT would have plenty of time to do so with JL, JJ and RS on board already!!! An yes, I know; RS hasn't stepped foot on campus yet.......but he WILL!!!

I know it's a little harsh, but my best case scenario self kind of hopes chris garrett decomitts for a shot at any one of these kids as they look to be better prospects

Yeah, there is a good group of QB for the '10 class in TX. You've got Sam Carter, Tyler Arndt, Jacoby Walker, Connor Wood, Jeremy Johnson, Darian Godfrey and Darian Lazard. IMO Connor Wood might be the best QB in the '10 class.
