Can vinyl siding be painted?
Currently have white vinyl siding that I want to replace with wood siding at some point. Looking for an alternative for the mean time.

The front of my home has vinyl siding. About 39 years old. It had become somewhat faded in spots and color was outdated. Had is painted with Benjamin Moore satin finish about 10 years ago. Still looks fine.

Mine is painted a light color. Bleeker Beige. I have a neighbor who painted their siding black and on the western side of their house the sun caused it to warp.
