Mold Forming on Cathedral Ceiling Sheetrock

Good Evening All. This is our first summer in our home since we moved last November. I started to notice some slight discoloration on the Sheetrock of my cathedral ceiling in the living room. I got the ladder out to investigate and I believe it is mold.
I’m not really sure where to start with this. One side note is that I have sweating from and AC vent in the cathedral ceiling and the ductwork appears to be laying on the ceiling in the attic.
Any help is appreciated.

It’s an existing house. I’m not a photo would do much for you. It is faint discoloration right now. Built in the 80s but renovated in ~2019.

I don't think the ductwork laying on ceiling is a problem.
I fixed a sweating vent of mine by making sure it was fully covered by insulation. If not, condensation is likely with hot attic air and cold room air mixing.

I had a house around that age and the insulation around my ductwork was so disintegrated that the duct work was sweating in the attic. Ended up replacing it all.
