Issues with kolbalt 80v blower battery

Any help in how to talk with someone about the battery for my 80v blower? Has a cell that’s out or going out.

How old is it? Under warranty at lowes? If so call their cust service line. AGreenworks 80 volt should work as replacement for Kobalt.
