Any home alarm system people on the board?

I have a DSC (now owned by Tyco) alarm system that I need to have some trouble shooting done on. Went to DSC website, and the Google machine and can’t find any local businesses that list DSC service work. Bought the home a few years ago so no idea who did the initial install.

Problem is that keypad starts beeping at exactly midnight at ever increasing intervals. No battery indicator or anything. You can clear the chirping, but it comes back the next or following night.

Edit: I have found a supply house/ distributor and called to see if they could tell me who they sell to, but haven’t gotten a call back yet
