Do fly traps breed mosquitoes?

I’m seeing some mosquitoes buzzing around my fly traps. They are the rescue $5 Walmart/Home Depot ones. I can’t find any information on this. They do not appear to have any defense against mosquito breeding and tiny mosquitoes can certainly escape. I’ll throw some bits in there to be sure I guess.
