Right. With no fan, pressure goes up, opens high pressure switch, kills the contactor.

Pressure drops , comes back on. I don’t see how a freon leak will cause that AND sometimes go back normal.

You got me, my expertise with HVAC is limited to changing a capacitor or switch or unclogging the water line. I will try and get more info when he comes to change it out.
