This is a suggestion

Was not sure how to communicate it to the TD ptb.

Have you considered a "philosophy board" or some such (maybe history). I think it could promote some interesting discussions. I imagine a board in which ideas may be discussed in a rational manner (i.e. with emotion taken out) without fear of reprisal. Would like to see no profanity, but I guess that is a pipe dream.

Just a thought

BTW, I think this is by far the best board of its kind in many ways and I have been to many of them.
