After sounding like I knew what I was doing posting this last night, I just spent the last 4 hours getting a shitload of malware off my computer that raped it all at once
After a bunch of safe mode boots, 3 malwarebytes scans, and having to download rkill to be able to run malwarebytes, I finally have it working right again

It started off my redirecting me every few links, then every link I pressed, then some rouge antivirus program popped up and all hell broke loose.
