Seeking clarification from mods/admins, and a "thanks"

First off, want to thank you guys for unsuspending my posting privileges.
What I'm seeking clarification for is what is defined as "trolling" on here because it was included in the PM when I was allowed to post again. I know I got pretty passionate during the draft on the Saints board but I wasn't trying to troll or stir anything up. I think I just have very unpopular opinions (like about Sheldon Rankins). I really want to be an upstanding poster and avoid being suspended again.
Reading through the guidelines, these are some of the rules I may have broken but I just want to be certain:
I don't think I did this, but I could definitely see where it was taken this way:
I do thank you guys for suspending me though, because I needed to take a break (like the original PM said). Once again, thanks for allowing me to post again, I'll try to be more civil, to say the least.

8. DO NOT use excessive profanity. Profanity is discouraged, and depending on the context in which it is used, might result in removal of your post.

o Use gratuitous profanity.
I don't think I did this, but I could definitely see where it was taken this way:

2. DO NOT “flame the board.” “Flaming” is the deliberate act of creating a post in order to incite members of the board and invoke a negative response.

A valid question, since that word seems to mean everything from sarcasm to hate speech.

Then you just come off like a bitch.

How? I did. I was posting every few minutes. It was unhealthy, to say the least.
