Redirected to Amazon gift card page when I click some threads?

Like in the title I’ve had new tabs open up after clicking threads with some ‘you’ve won something from Amazon, spin the wheel to see what you’ve won’ type stuff and asking me to hit ‘ok’. Anyone else had this? Or do I need to start looking for anti virus stuff...
ETA: guess it’s the latter, def a scam. Funny I don’t remember using this iPad for pron
