Question on Rant Protocol for Advertising a TAF-sponsored event...

To the board administrators or anyone who knows:
I’d like to put some information on the Rant about an upcoming TAF sponsored fundraiser event in Houma and I want to make sure I’m following protocol and posting the info on the correct board, if I’m even allowed to do so. Would I be breaking any rules by making such a post on the Rant?
