Posts that encourage others to harm themselves

I don’t think this sort of thing should be tolerated
anywhere on this board. I was just perusing a controversial topic and came across a poster doing this very thing. It’s dangerous and you never know who you’re speaking to, no matter how heated or how many insults are thrown out. Insults are fine, telling them KYS or any subtle variation should result in a suspension.
As an example, I was a member of a forum years ago where someone said this to a kid who actually went through with it and it became a strict policy to not allow those kinds of posts.
Not saying anyone is at fault for not noticing or nipping it in the bud, but it’s something to consider IMO, if it isn’t already against the rules

It’s against the site’s policy. We do try to take them down. Sometimes we see them and remove. Sometimes we will find them because of the RA.
There are some cases where we miss them.

Even me...A known troll would love to see no tolerance for posts that encourage others to harm themselves.
That’s too far, I hate trolls that tell people to kill themselves or jump off a bridge etc.. suicide is real
