Post quantity and Quality checks when I’m barely posting

I have been getting more and more recently even when not posting a lot. I just got one after posting 3 posts total in 6 minutes after not posting at all in the previous hour.
I know for a fact I didn’t used to get them this frequently.

I've taken seminars offered at various colleges and universities and since then, my posting has gotten a little better. Maybe that will help you out.
