A while ago while scrolling down the OT an ad popped up in the middle of the screen and went away as I scrolled down. It moved with the page

Every time I open a thread as I scroll down the ad on the right side of the page jumps over to the middle of the page and covers the content.
The only way I have figured to get rid of it is to refresh the page. It is a pain in the arse and getting very annoying. I wonder if it worth it especially considering what is posted in most of the threads on this site.
