Need an email change, and forgot password to account

So I no longer have access to the email I originally registered my account with. Don’t know the current password, only reason I’m able to post is because my old phone automatically keeps me signed in. The new email I’d like to switch to already has an account tagged to it that was banned 10 years ago when i was a wee young lad....I have now matured since then and I’m prepared to continue to make this message board great.
