Is it possible for there to be a "my posts in topic" feature?

For example, if I'm reading a thread that I know I posted in earlier in the day that only had 3 pages at that time but now has 12, it would be nice to be able to just click a button that allows me to view what I have already posted in the topic. Maybe even just a "my last post in topic" button so you can go to the last post you personally made in a topic.

I realize we have the posts link at the top of the page, but this seems like it could be another useful feature, especially for threads that gain multiple pages like wildfire. It seems like it might be code-heavy or difficult to do, but I thought I would ask anyway.
