iOS 11 keyboard covers screen and message box on ipad

iOS 11 has done something weird to the iPad keyboard. The keyboard just hides the entire screen and I can’t see what I’m typing, including this post. And I’m typing blindly Not sure if the website has to be updated to make it work better with iOS 11?

I’m having the same issue. Haven’t found a solution yet.

But this is occurring in the messages app so I don’t think it is website specific.
