I just got a hidden audio ad where I couldn't find the source - OT page

I actually got 2 different ones, back to back.
I only know that it came from TD OT Page because I closed the tab and it went away.
I couldn't find the source to mute it either. There was no video playing in the side bar or at the top or bottom of the page.
I am on the newest chrome version on Windows 7.

I'm getting them on any page I'm opening on this site right now - home depot, dove chocolate, airport ads, etc. Desktop chrome on the MSB and the OT.
