I di not know how to add a .gif--------help

I did a file gif to my download box and tried to add to a reply by filling out image. The gif is Kelly-Rippa-15.gif. Excuse my ignorance. I worked with a computer til i retired at 57. That was seven years ago. New to TD. 2 months. Forgot more than i knew. Too much laying on the beach and my girlfriend. My mind stayed occupied. She is really fun in my tree deerstand. Thanks guys
