How do I make a link to an indiviual post in a thread?

Kind of an off thing

1. Go to a reply to that post and click on the repliying to persons link. It highlights that post. That's the link

2. If it's a recent post, just click the username, go to posts, and click on the post.

If there is another way, I'm gonna slap myself
