Gammis? ad jumping to center of screen

Periodically, the vertical ad on he bottom right of the screen jumps out to the center of the screen and covers the posts. When I scroll up, it goes back to its place, but when I scroll down, it jumps back to the middle. The ad rotates between several different product, but right now it is advertising Gammis coats.
