Can't Sign In

When I try to sign in to TD on my desktop computer, nothing happens. I type in my user name and password. I click on "Sign In" and the computer reverts to the previous screen. WTF?

Clear your cookies and cache and reboot.

Never mind - it magically allowed me to sign in.
