Anyone ever dealt with a torn UCL?

Not sure if mine is torn, has a partial tear, or if it's something else.
Here is the history.
I was terribly taught to pitch. Was incorrectly throwing curve balls at 10-11, and I didn't throw hard so that was all I had. By high school there was elbow issues, but nothing that totally bothered me.
From very young we played backyard baseball almost every single day, with a tennis ball. So to say the least, I put some serious strain on my arm. If only I understood what I was doing then.
Coached baseball a good bit. Threw probably 200-300 balls for batting practice once a week during the season. I would start to feel some elbow pain when I was doing this. One day after throwing, and my elbow feeling bad, I started hitting infield. I felt a big shock when I swung the bat.
I started worked out again and when doing push ups, or anything that involving triceps/chest pretty much, there is a popping in the elbow. No real pain, just a cracking. For days after though there is a tenderness in elbow.
Does that sound like a UCL issue? If so, what are some things I can do to help ease it? I'm not going to fix it because I don't do anything in my day to day where it causes issues. So I would like to just strengthen the area maybe, to ease the problems. Does that make sense?
