USPS package destroyed

I am so sick and tired of usps,
this is the second time i have had a packaged damaged sent out.
buyer got the 3 wood i sent him in pieces, looking like it got ran over by a truck
luckly it was insured...

I ordered a shaft for my driver from some guy off Mercari. Dude sent it in this busted up old box and put the shaft in a freaking Dollar Store pool noodle. Opened it up and of course shaft was cracked right in half. This was UPS, but I don't blame them for the club breaking.

I had a box show up with a delivery signature with nothing inside, I just laughed at the mailman and said return to sender, some baw at usps got himself a nice Vokey Proto 60.

At least they didn’t steal it. My last shipped set of irons got stolen, a bunch a thugs

he is trying to dispute it with venmo, but his fight isnt with them, its with usps.
i was instructed by usps to inform him to open up a claim because it was insured for the full amount.
but he wont listen to me

He won't get very far with Venmo because you have proof of delivery. Either of you can open the claim. It's more of a hassle for him, but ultimately easier when it comes to receiving payment

They don’t even research it anymore. That’s part of the reason why it happens so often now.
