Anyone play there regularly? I got an offer to buy my house, wasn’t even listed so it’s a good opportunity to move closer to one of my kids, found a house a couple miles from the rtj there. Figured to just do the annual membership, any experience with that?

It's a great property, excellent practice facilities, good club house and food/bar (especially at the hotel). The Judge is kind of a ridiculous golf course but it's a nice ride. I love the Senator, Legislator is probably the most traditional style course, it's not bad. My biggest complaint about Capital Hill is the tourism. It's always insanely busy and there's no 'usual group' vibes. The Hyundai plant has a big influence on the place too.

Yeah its a great facility. Its accurate to say that it is usually busy but thats because it is a great place for golf. I never get tired of it because the three courses are all different. And yes there are a lot of Koreans that play there. Some people say the weekend is Friday, Saturday, Hyundai. But they mostly play pretty fast, especially the women. I get much more annoyed with young kids wanting to bring their gf out there then i do with slow play from the koreans.

It’s 3 minutes from what will be my new garage to the parking lot. As many rounds as I’ve played I’ve never lived closer than 15 minutes to one before.

Do not attempt the walk the back 9 of the Legislator. Worst decision I've ever made.

Broke my neck on the Senator course. Had to have a fusion.

That fountain grass is legit, strong and unforgiving.
