Did the make you buy a game? I called two targets around me and one said i had to buy a game and the other said i had to purchase something from the electronics department

They should be able to offer whatever they want as long as they offer in-store credit and not cash.

I went to the one on Millerville today. The servers were down and my gift card couldn't be issued. The guy said there have been problems nationwide with this issue. I'm sure that with my luck the price will drop again and I will get shafted.
They use Nextworth as their valuation for trade ins so check on that website, find the price annd then multiply by three to get what Target will offer you.
Some games they won't even take like Fallout 3, Mass Effect series, Borderlands 2. Bioshock Infinite they will give you like 7 bucks for. Meanwhile my Fifa 14 they were going to give me $45 for (go figure).

When he asked I had him pull out a game anyways, but to cover the rest of the amount I got anything I needed/wanted in the store.

He traded 360 version, xbone is $4. In fact, I think that site hates xbone. Seems like all of the 360 versions go for more.

That is dumb.. mine is the ps4 version so it probably just hates next gen. lol

Just got back from Target with my giftcard. Turns out both Fifa and GTAV went up a few bucks since yesterday.
I traded in GTA V, Fifa 14 and South Park (all 360) for $137!!!
