PS4 PRO gaming problems

Been having issues playing certain games. RES remake and just got the newest GOW game. The issue is sound going out and with the res game certain areas of the map don’t load up as I’m trying to walk through a door so I can see through the floor. I’ve tried to delete these games and upload them again. It helped fix the sound at the beginning of GOW but a couple minutes in and it started up again with the sound being completely off. I’m hoping there isn’t something wrong with the console itself. Maybe a bad HDMI cable? Does anyone know what the problem could be??
