I don't know how permanent I want to make it. We don't plan on staying in the house for more than another 5 years. We're gonna need a bigger house soon.

Only other problem with store bought is getting it in my back yard. House on both sides of me, and one behind my house.
This will probably be the pusher, and force me to build.

Last one I bought in BR was delivered on a flatbed already put together. Didn't realize it was do it yourself.
