Oculus help. No sound

So my 11 year old loves his oculus and 4 days a week he's playing Gorilla Tag with friends. Today he comes home and there is no audio at all. His friends can't hear him and he can't hear anything. I've powered it down and restarted a few times, that is the only time I hear any sound during shutdown and reboot. I've tried multiple apps, Gorilla Tag, YouTube, Netflix and nothing. I've checked for an update and there isn't one. Any ideas? Currently I'm leaving it powered on hoping draining the battery fixes it but is it possible I've missed some random setting? And yes the volume is all the way up on the headset and in the apps and it's not connected to Bluetooth headphones, he's done that in the past but not currently.

Nevermind, ignore it. It was a random Bluetooth headphone. He had taken one of the headphones out and when he put it back in the case I guess it didn't turn off. But I couldn't find the headphones listed under paired devices.
