Yeah, you can load previous teams and edit them.

I saw it on OperationSports and I think I saw it on GamingTailgate.
But it is very similar to last year when they released TB by accident early. There was stuff missing or not working right on it then. Same with this year. Stadiums are missing, numbers aren't on some of the jerseys, etc. The people who have the game said all that stuff is just fine on the retail version. So I think it is just a Beta version of TeamBuilder.
