Lag issue

Lately I've been having bad lag problems whenever I play NCAA, theres like a second delay everytime i press a button which makes it difficult to play. Its only on NCAA too b/c I play Halo and that runs fine.
Any ideas as to whats wrong?

all EA games are run through EA servers.. and they suck.. just sayin...

Thats the only reason I don't play much online
