How can I download an updated roster for madden 16?(xbox 1)

Doubt you can. New game comes out August 28th I believe. They stop updating to force you to buy new game.

I have '16 for ps4. You can download rosters that people have created, but the "official" rosters that EA puts out have stopped (I think).
Most rosters that people have created include this year's rookies on their team.
Look for an Xbox one thread here: Operation Sports madden rosters
