Fall Guys + Steam Link = Computer Crash

Title says it all. Only happens in FallGuys when streaming to TV via a Steam Link. No issues running FallGuys just locally on computer. No issues using Steam Link with other games.
I am usually pretty good at TSing this sort of thing but I am having a very difficult time finding other reports of this issue. I posted on the FallGuys subreddit, but thats just a bunch of kids posting memes. Strange part is, the computer does not "crash" so much as it simply turns off. I've watched temp monitors and they are within normal range when it happens, so I can rule out overheating. Event Viewer shows no errors outside of the basic Kernel panic from loss of power shut down. There was a couple of errors referring to OneDrive, but I disabled OneDrive and the issue persists.
Anyone have any ideas?
PS: I know the simple answer is "just play it directly on the computer", but I work from that room (home office) and I would really like to get out of it to game. Besides, the fiance seems to get a kick out of me failing miserably.
