Battlefront controls issue

I'm playing on PS4 fyi. But I'll be running and then suddenly my character will chunk a grenade or change weapons without me hitting that button. I thought it was a controller issue, but my friend said he was having the same problem. Has anyone else encountered this? TIA

It's possible, but it doesn't jump around all over the place(could be call of duty only that does that in multiplayer) but I don't know why it would just randomly throw a grenade. It's frustrating because it has done it in critical moments

If you swipe it it does stuff, idk what cause i dont use it.

That sounds like that could be it, I'll try to avoid it at all costs and see if that works.

I have the same problem. Seems like the L1 and R1 are ultra sensitive.

I'm not really having control issues, but man I suck arse at this game. I either unload into someone and they still kill me, or I just can't hit the guy
