Nanosuit as #1 was my vote before I saw the video.
It literally contained Prophet's consciousness and gave him his body back.

It's been awhile but as far as I remember, Prophet is dying from a disease or something.
He saves a barely alive soldier named Alcatraz and kills himself so Alcatraz's body can bond with the suit, which still has consciousness.
At the end of 3 uses the nanotech to change the suit to mirror what he used to look like.
So in a roundabout way he's fully back.
