With top 10 lists it seems as if the person is less interested in the food and more interested making sure they distinguish their opinions. Have to let everyone know where we stand through individualistic exercises, like where you rank a subcategory of restaurants or music or cars or whatever defines who you are.
The real motive is to as quickly as possible get involved in argument with someone who disagrees with you, so you can assert your conclusions as correct .. even when ranking is an almost entirely subjective exercise.

Goat Cheese Hard to find cured, but when you do, oh what a treat
I really want to try this but can't find it where I live. No Whole Foods around and I'm not paying $ 30.00 (15$ plus shipping) for 8 oz's of a cheese; I haven't tried yet.
Cypress Grove Midnight Moon
Midnight Moon is a new cheese created by Cypress Grove Chevre of Arcata, California. It's a goat's milk Gouda that is aged for at least one year. Midnight Moon has a warm, nutty flavor with hints of caramel.
Review
"Now let’s get down to the really good stuff. Midnight Moon is pure cheese porn. It is creamy with those wonderful tasty crystals found in aged Gouda. It melts on the palate and has a sweet taste to match its aroma. There are nutty, buttery and caramel notes and the savor lingers."
My favorite cheese is aged Gouda. But goat cheese is up there. So both together

got an email from Tasting Table this morning talking about stuffing cottage cheese into burrata.

I've had, and enjoy, an aged goat's cheese gouda. Problem is, the rest of the family doesn't, more for me, but bitchin' and moanin' time when I forget to buy others. Same thing goes for Parmesano (I love it, family says it tastes like 'sugary soap').
