What's the yellow stuff? I'm guessing you used yellow and red bells, but I wasn't sure. Just need to take your roux about thirty minutes longer on low heat and more roux to broth ratio. Looks like yours is almost all broth.

Yes yellow bell pepper. Used jarred roux. 4 heaping spoon fulls. I like a thinner gumbo. It melded and thickened prior to dinner but this was not my best effort. I usually make my own roux. I also used rotisserie chicken which I usually just use thighs. It was a good meal for me and the kid yet substandard for TD WFDT evidently.
