I work in the area a few times a month and decided to give it a try. Wasn't expecting anything great but I was pleasantly surprised. Very good and can't wait to go back

I doubt it. Just one guy and gal who I assume is his wife who run the place. No other employees
Not sure If I answered your question above. This is the only Rib Shack I've ever been too. I'm pretty sure they are everywhere. But this place is like a mom and pop place that just uses their name
