Anyone ever use gubberment cheese to make it? Best I ever had. Culcha would pick up their “commodities” 1st of the month and my Grandfather would trade for some of it. 1 to 3 pounds and my Grandmother would make pimento cheese with it. She put some kind of little peppers in it they grew in their garden. My God, it was awesome!
