Monday Bird

To all those who saw the Sunday bird… thank you! We ate the legs and thighs last night. Today we made chicken noodle soup, the Mrs is under the weather and chicken salad for sandos and salad this week. Not bad for a $6.00 bird that I pulled from the deep freeze. For those of you who are on tight budgets, these are simple, cheap, and offer a variety of ways to feed people without burning a hole in the pocket and best of all delicious.
