Mixes or Collaborations you've found work...

Meaning, do you go to a restaurant and mix items that typically aren't mixed for a great meal?
I do Thai food a lot, and get whats called Drunken Fried Rice with all four meats and mix with a nice portion of Red Curry. delicious!

don't exactly sure what you're asking, but I'm not in the habit of mixing together different foods. i WILL however put a variety of items on my fork to get a different taste throughout my alloted bites.
