looking for grilling ideas

looking for something to grill, that i can save and bring to work and eat for lunch. I was gonna grill a steak this afternoon, and thought i'd grill something else while i have hot coals.
Something that will refrigerate and make a good lunch. Might do grilled potato salad as a side.
Suggestions?

You can do pork grillades, cajun style... Thin sliced pork loin or tenderloin pounded with a meat mallet, marinate in the following:
Melted butter
worchestershire sauce
beer
brown sugar
mustard
garlic
green onion
tony's
hot sauce
paprika
Grill over hot coals and baste with the marinade while cooking. Get some good french bread and mayo and eat it like a poboy for lunch tomorrow.
