I haven't been that way in years. Me in the old lady (no pics)is headed that way tomorrow. She wants Crawfish and grilled oysters. Is this Morton's place any good? Any other place like this in this area?

Morton’s is meh but if you want seafood and a beer on the water there aren’t many other choices in Madisonville. There is also an acme on 190 in covington if grilled oysters are a must have

For crawfish you can do better at Mandeville seafood

They have really good mojitos there. I've always enjoyed the shrimp poyboy and corn and crab bisque.

Had grilled oysters at Acme recently, and they were awful. No idea who else does them on the Northshore, but I'd recommend anywhere else.

Everything from Mandeville seafood I've had has been great. Big fan of them.

I really like Chimes charbroiled oysters. I’m not sure if they still do it but if you go there and they have it, make sure to try their after the boil soup. It was so damn good.

I like Orlando’s much better than Morton’s, it’s a couple blocks west on 22.
